Full 12-day travel, all accommodation and acclimatisation package is for one athlete and one support. Some bespoke options are available for extra days, for extra support crew or for single athletes. The Full Package includes domestic return flights and transfers, bike transfers, all accommodation (12 nights), 3-night/4-day acclimatisation hike with all meals, car and driver for race day, bike course preview, and more (See below).
The full 12 night-13 day travel, accommodation and acclimatisation package is 3,150 euros and is the total for two people, in addition to the 535 euros race entry fee, so 3,685 euros in total, for two people (one athlete taking part in the 9th May HimalayanXtri). The Full Package is available to book up to March 31st 2026. Early stage booking will guarantee rooms at a 4-star hotel in Kathmandu and the Mt Kailash Resort Hotel in Pokhara, opposite the start/T1.

Full Package Itinerary
Day 1 - Thursday April 30th
International arrival - airport greeting and transfers for 2, plus one night at a 4-star hotel in central Kathmandu on a Bed and Breakfast double or twin-room shared basis.
Day 2 - Friday May 1st
Half-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, bike transfer to Pokhara, domestic flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Hotel transfers. NIght at the Mt Kailash Resort next to the swim start in Pokhara, Lakeside, on a Bed and Breakfast basis for two people.
Day 3 - Saturday May 2nd
Full bike course review by vehicle. Opportunity to take a bike and to ride part of the course. Option to join the world's second-highest bungy jump, or the world's second-longest zip line ride is inlcuded. Overnight at the Mt Kailash Hotel.
Also an option to see the start of the Himalayan Solo P5 next to the Mt Kailash Hotel, and accompany an athlete during their race, and also to do the 21km run course as a non-competitive athlete.
There is also an option to do the Himalayan Solo P5 as a competitve athlete (also to gain a further 75 X-Points as a Solo P5 Finisher, and a qualification for the XTRI Half-Distance World Championships). Transport from the finish at Panchase back to the Mt Kailash in Pokhara can be included.
Day 4 - Sunday May 3rd
Morning transfer to begin 4-day acclimatisation hike and to review the full run segment of the race. Guided tour, with all permits provided. All meals provided. Trek/run from T2 at Kande (1,740 metres above se level) to Forest Camp at 2,500 metres above sea level. Overnight accommodation at Lodge, all bedding is provided. The full trek is over most of the beautiful and scenic Mardi Himal trail.
For those doing the Himalayan Solo P5 there is an option to have an afternoon start and shorter trekking day day - overnight at Deurali.
Day 5 - Monday May 4th
Trek/run to the High Camp at 3,500 metres. Option to extend to Viewpoint and the Run segment Turnaround at 4,000m. The opportunity to go higher is also available to those who wish. Overnight at High Camp at 3,500 metres above sea level.
For those starting from Deurali, the group will join the main group at High Camp.
Day 6 - Tuesday May 5th
Trek/run from High Camp (opportunity to return to Viewpoint for sunrise) and then down to Low Camp at 3,000 metres above sea level. Overnight at Low Camp. Opportunities to do some easy running to acclimatise.
Option to go down to the Race Finish Line at Lwang and return to Pokhara.
Day 7 - Wednesday May 6th
Trek/run from Low Camp on the run course down to the Finish Line at the mountain tea plantation village of Lwang at 1,400 metres above sea level. Lunch and then vehicle transport back to the Mt Kailash Resort in Pokhara.
Day 8 - Thursday May 7th
Social swim in the morning with coffee. Rest Day. Race registration. Overnight at the Mt Kailash Hotel.
Race Day. 04.00 start. Car hire and driver provided for full race day from 03.00 in the morning. Overnight at the homestay village of Lwang. Bedding is provided. Meals provided.
Day 11 - Sunday May 10th - Monday 11th & Tuesday 12th
Breakfast provided and Transport back to Pokhara, leaving Lwang about 10am. Race finisher Black and White T-Shirt and Medal ceremony, followed by the Race Party Nepali style (meal and drinks provided) at the Mt Kailash. Ceremony and Party begins at 5pm. Overnight at Mt Kailash Hotel.
Day 12 - Monday May 11th - Transfers to Kathmandu. Overnight at the
Aloft Marriot.
Day 13 - Tuesday May 12th - Transfers and International Departures
